I first tried Branalyzer months ago when I was fairly new to SEO, I refunded and now I’m back at it…

Overall I love th concept and all the tools, there are more options and analytics since last time I tried, the platform looks frequently updated and the team dedicated which is amazing and the most important in the long run, so, congrats for that!

What I'm missing:

- The UX/UI needs a big upgrade, the color isn’t legible, you’ve got to click a lot of times to go to the information you want, when many things could be centralizied on one more dynamic and accessible page…
- On the same level, there isn’t any onboarding when you sign up you need to figure it out yourself, which is overwehlming since there is a lot of informations, and you don’t know where to start and where to look
- I looked for keywoards for the french domain [inithy.com](http://inithy.com/) and they didn’t find any, same when I typed “liste email” which is 297 keywords on WriterZen
- You want to analyse a domain, you need to input it several times in the differents tabs
- The social account I got were all wrongs! I think the platform is "guessing them", which you can't do, as so many pseudo exists, it needs to show only what is found on the website.

I hope they’d hire an UX designer at some point in the future, that’ll be really valuable for everyone I think !
Overall, I love the variety of the data and the vision, even though not a lot of french data were found. The backend seems stable and fast that’s important, and the team hard-working. When they will revamped their whole UI, it will be very good.
