At first glance it looks ok. There were some weird bugs that popped up when doing my initial onboarding. But it went through. Submitted a support request 4 days ago. Might hang on to it to see if support and features improve but for now I'm pretty dissapointed to see zero support being provided.

I first got tier 1 then upgraded to tier 2 and finaly upgraded to tier 4.

The tool has a lot of functionality so its slightly overwhelming at first but after testing it a few days it became clear that this will be a great investment. Marsad was as well really quick in replying and answering my questions.
It doesnt matter if for brand monitoring, linkedin outreach or email outreach, if you intend to use even just one of those features the tool is already worth it.

What really stood out for me is the lead scraping feature. Finding targeted leads who are already interested or asking about my brand—and then being able to reach out through multiple channels automatically—is a total game changer. I'm now saving hours every week compared to all the manual hunting I used to do.

The social listening AI agent is surprisingly accurate, and I love the peace of mind that if anyone’s asking questions about my company, I’ll know instantly and can engage them right away. It’s helped us snag opportunities we’d have otherwise missed.

As a bonus, they really deliver value with the outreach template pack and a comprehensive keyword & mention list—those resources got me up to speed with outreach campaigns super fast.

Full transparency, I had never done cold outreach before, but fairly technical and can usually navigate software and tools without issue. In the past, i have always relied on referrals and word of mouth, but that does not really scale. I bought BrandJet to test a project idea I had, and for that alone, the cost felt worth it.

I expected setup to take a while, but it was actually very easy. I watched a quick video tutorial, wrote a simple 3-message sequence, uploaded my lead list, connected my account, and launched. Everything worked right away, and I got my first reply within a day.

The follow-up feature has been the biggest benefit for me. I could set up the messages ahead of time, and the system handled the follow-ups automatically. That was huge because I probably would have stopped after one message if I was doing it myself. It also stops once someone replies, which is really helpful.

After 3 days, I had sent about 70ish messages across 2 campaigns, got 11 replies, started 5 real conversations, and booked 2 demo meetings for next week and the week after. For my first time doing outbound workflows, using this tool felt like a really solid result. I did use a fairly accurate and proven list of contacts so it wasn’t just random emails and such.

What I like most is that it removes a lot of the manual work I was expecting to do. I do not have to keep track of who I contacted or when to follow up. I can spend more time talking to people who are actually interested.

If you are new to cold outreach and want something simple to help you test an idea or start getting conversations going, I think BrandJet is worth trying, especially at $70 for the base plan.

Picked this up recently and spent some time getting familiar with it; honestly didn't take long. The UI is intuitive and I had things running pretty quickly.

What stood out most is how well it handles multiple projects without things getting messy. You can move fast and still keep everything on-brand and organized.

The one thing I'd love to see is more guides and workflow references; there's a lot to explore and a little more documentation would go a long way.

Overall, if you do any kind of outreach across email, LinkedIn, or social, it's a no brainer.
