I only did a few minutes of testing, but the UX is incredibly tedious to navigate around and manage.
Note that I didn't go through all the features because I got lost in the UX itself :(

After testing the software for a few minutes, I noticed that the domain setup is a bit tedious and archaic. No one should have to move their email addresses or move their entire domain to a sas platform nowadays, so I'm not sure if this will change in the future, but it is a big red flag, to say the least.

I’m not referring to purchasing new email accounts via Brandjet. Again, asking people move their entire domain over to Brandjet just for email is unheard of in today’s market. Surely you can do better than that.

BrandJet AI has genuinely improved the way I handle outreach. Before using it, I was juggling too many tools for lead sourcing, sending campaigns, and following up. It felt messy and inconsistent. With BrandJet AI, everything feels organized and streamlined.

The multi-channel approach is what stands out most. Being able to reach prospects across several platforms from one place gives a real advantage. It increases visibility, improves response rates, and saves countless hours every week. If you’re serious about growth, this feels less like a software cost and more like an investment in efficiency.

I rarely leave reviews, but BrandJet AI genuinely surprised me. Most platforms promise automation and growth, but end up creating more work. This one feels different. It’s simple, fast, and actually helps you focus on what matters—getting leads, building relationships, and growing your brand.

What I liked most is the feeling of control it gives you. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything is in one place, which reduces stress and saves hours every week. It also feels like you’re staying one step ahead of competitors because you can spot opportunities early.
