Great product from a great group of people!! I can't wait to implement different campaigns using this tool, and the more I use it, the more use cases I find to use it!

I highly recommend the BrandLens to anyone looking for a top-notch video sharing experience. The owner's efforts have improved the user experience and created a sense of community engagement that truly sets this app apart from others in the market.

This app has come along at the right time as vertical video takes the lead and social algorithms change. The customization features add a lot of value and will be very useful in our content creation. Great Appsumo deal and worth the full price.

Needless to say: the idea that inspired this tool is great.
However, the tool is still quirky in numerous places. It does work as advertised but along the way of setting up the campaign, collecting and displaying testimonials I hit so many rough spots that it became really annoying to work with it. It feels that the tool is still a prototype, not a finished product. Moreover, I would not risk sending links to customers to annoy them.
Some of the issues I've bumped into:
- the onboarding tour locked my browser a few times, no other tutorials available;
- the Help pages are contextual so they show only one topic/subtopic, no way to navigate away;
- text panel in Landing Screen editor does not work in Firefox. Why?...
- In the Camera set up configuration text layers with talking points are visible only partially during the recording, the rest is beyond the frame;
- In a brand new campaign I could not provide text layers going beyond 15 sec. In the campaign I created from a template, the text layers went up to 30 sec;
- Actually these 15 sec in my campaign and 30 sec in the template-based campaign are hard stops for video recording, users couldn't record anything longer.
There were few other annoying spots I hit while operating the tool but I believe I made my point clear enough already.
I call these things annoying because they are totally unexpected and one has to deal with them on the spot by adapting and tweaking.

Building on other reviewers positive comments, I highy recommend Brandlens for anyone who wants/needs to enable their users to provide social proof of their wares.

I think that customer video reviews is the next ''must have'' for bussiness and with this software we have an easy way to collect these reviews! Also the team behind brandlens is very helpful and they helped me to solve some issues i have and translate some fields to my language (Greek).

I am fairly sure that text based reviews are no longer taken seriously. "Did they really say that" and is that their pic?" So we have been looking for an easy way to capture video reviews without annoying our customers.

This ticks all the boxes and makes the customer experience easy and possibly even fun. The platform feels very mature, and we have had great feedback from our early "guinea pig" customers.

We are all in on using a wall of video reviews over text based and this has all bases covered.

Wow, great idea, getting people to record a video is no easy task, so being able to show them a script or suggestions of things to say is unlike anything I've seen before.

My mind is buzzing with how we could use this for customers and at events to get testimonials and UGC.

I love how we are in control of the creative, the content that users create and what can be downloaded or shared. I'm still trying the rest of the features but love it so far!
