I am fairly sure that text based reviews are no longer taken seriously. "Did they really say that" and is that their pic?" So we have been looking for an easy way to capture video reviews without annoying our customers.

This ticks all the boxes and makes the customer experience easy and possibly even fun. The platform feels very mature, and we have had great feedback from our early "guinea pig" customers.

We are all in on using a wall of video reviews over text based and this has all bases covered.
