I love this tool, the team promised they were going to focus on white label and cname on 2021, well it's the end of 2021 and support doesn't reply and seems they stopped posting updates since June 2021. These are the promises that we are still waiting for:

- Password-protected brand pages
- CNAME + white-labeling
- API for web
- Brand asset analytics
- Additions to our multi-asset edit menu (including multi-asset downloads)

It would be a bummer if they go out of business because it's such a great tool. Fingers crossed

Many times i heard the team say that this wasn't a DAM but it can certainly be used as one. After using it for 10 months, it has saved my business a lot of time and $. Sending files is super easy! Would highly recommend.

It's been 2 months since I've implemented this in our system.

I was in contact with another Digital Assets Management system last January and I was about to jump to a similar yet powerful product. Though the features of that product are way beyond our needs as of the moment we need something to share our digital assets management for our church since we have teams in 66 different locations.

Thanks to AppSumo we found this great tool! It helps us saved $200/month! 😱😱😱

Pros:
- Can Preview Image, Videos, Fonts & Colors
- Ability to choose a background for PNG images (White, Black, or Checkered)
- Simple Interface, no need to train users how to use it
- Custom URL Brandox.com/YourURL

Cons:
- No CNAME option
- Tagging is per Section not Brand wide
- No storage capping for each brand page
- Not advisable, if you are assets, are video oriented
- Emails has Brandox brandings
- Only 2 Subcategory (Section>Page Section)

Wishlist:
- Folder Options
- Automated color profile (RGB or CMYK) I have to type whether it is RGB or CMYK
- CNAME
- Whitelabel
- Storage Capping for Brand Page

I meant to do this review before.

Brandox is a really simple to use and nice-looking interface. It woudl be nice if the portal had a bit more functionality but it does make life easier.

However, what's needed are:

A way for a client to login and see the same layout that (of allowable files only).

A formatted and nicer-looking way when you send an email. Right now it's a text-based email after the logo and would be nice if you can have a really nice looking email that allows spaces and paragraphs. The zip file is okay but it woudl be nice if each file can be sent as links as an option.

But for the money, i realy thought it is been a great value.

I look forward to some improvements but I do enjoy using it althought i hope to see more functionality and design when sending an email with file attachments, especially..

I really recommend them, so if the deal that sold out reappears again, you should grab it.
