Avoid Breakcold – Unresponsive Support and Broken Promises
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Breakcold. I purchased their product on June 15, 2023, well within the activation window that extended through August 15, 2023. I was certain I activated my license, but when I later tried to access my account, it wasn’t active.
I’ve sent an exhaustive number of emails to Breakcold’s support team and received no response. After months of being ignored, they finally responded—only to refuse to activate my license. This is completely unacceptable and feels like I’ve been robbed.
While I understand the deal has since expired on AppSumo, if Breakcold ever returns, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and Breakcold has shown they don’t stand by their customers.
Beyond this review, I will also be sharing my experience on other major review platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and various online communities to help others make informed decisions.

Cons:
Zero response from customer support after multiple attempts.
Refusal to activate a validly purchased license.
Lack of accountability and professionalism.
💡 Bottom Line: If Breakcold ever returns to AppSumo, think twice. A company that can’t honor its commitments and ignores its customers isn’t worth your money.
