Was a huge fan of Breakcold in the past, as a CRM platform, as I was a customer in the past, but had to stop due to budgeting. As I found Breakcold on AppSumo I had to get the deal and come back - and I was so impressed by how, right now, Breakcold focuses on realtionship building on social through the platform
