Huge potential, but...
This is an excellent tool and something I was looking to get for a long time! My problem is that it claims to be a CRM, and because of that some selling features are not and will not be included... ok, fair enough?
But also, for it to be a viable CRM, many basic features are missing (last touch, tasks, reminders, filter by email (yes/no), link accounts with company, multiple pipelines, integrations with other tools and so on and so on)... it has a long way to go to be a viable CRM...but I am still giving this 5 tacos because 1) we're on AS at he end of the day, and we must expect that these won't be final products, and I hope all these features will be added eventually :-)
2) The support has been great
Other than that, what it has right now works smoothly.

Thanks a lot for this review, everything you've mentioned is correct and I really appreciate you took into account that we're still an early product doing our best to get there as fast (& clean) as possible 🙌
Like you mentioned, we're still lacking some traditional Sales CRM features. We were primarily focused on getting our unique angle right first. Now, as you probably know from this video (https://www.loom.com/share/909a7d199dba446f8224e9d99ca3ee67) and was is the most requested in the roadmap, we'll start soon on adding the more classic yet essential ones, starting with reminders.
