I've bought pretty much every CRM deal here in the last year. None of them rival Breakcold. A few reasons:

- Breakcold curates communication and content from the most important platforms in B2B sales: LinkedIn and Email. I can engage, respond or direct message anyone in my Pipeline, from Breakcold, without ever having to leave. The simplicity of the UI and the functionality of the features, without a bunch of unnecessary "weight", is second to none.

- The level of service and support is also unrivaled. I've received personalized Loom videos directly to my chat widget and email, in response to questions I've dropped in. Not to mention, I get a response within just a couple of minutes, every time I inquire.
