Q: View documents

Hi

I'm trying to view my documents but I am getting 504 Gateway Time-out. Could you please advise on this.

Please try to perform a hard refresh on your browser.

On Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R while on the availability settings page.
On macOS: Press Cmd + Shift + R or hold Shift and click the reload button in your browser.
This forces the browser to reload the page without using the cached version, which can sometimes resolve display issues.

Once this is done, please try viewing your documents again.
