Q: Hello Brieferr team, 1.
So will your tool work only with Survey tools you have listed, I use responsesuite (https://www.responsesuite.com/), Formaloo (https://www.formaloo.com/en/), Qwary 9https://www.qwary.com/) and Formget (https://www.formget.com/). So is there a way for me to use your solution especially when I use Kconnectzit and NOT Zapier to automate workflow. Please advise.
2. Where are you based, team size and years in business?
3. Can you look at Riku.ai and deeptalk.ai (both on Appsumo) and let me know your differences from them? What can be done in them versus yours and vice versa. I think deeptalk.ai also uses same model of text analysis. Similarly Riku.ai caters to many NLP models.
4. Is it must that my data needs to be in CSV format only, is there a standardize template I need to follow. What is the logic behind supporting only CSV format. I read your responses and seems you will support Google sheets as well, what about Excel integration? Are there a minimum or maximum number of rows required?
5. What is I want to capture data directly from my blog and online social platforms, does that means I need to first change it into CSV format or what? Is there a common sense hack around it?
6. I use Frill (https://frill.co/) for customer feedback, do you integrate with them? Since you mentioned about qualitative and quantitative feedback, I would like to know what exactly does your tool do for each of them. Summary generator seems geared towards qualitative feedback but what problem do you solve in terms of quantitative feedback? Also how summary generator works, does it aggregate all comments as parsed in CSV and return output in form of summary or what?
7. What do you mean by named entity analysis and how is it different from sentiment analysis?
8. From a consulting company perspective, what use cases can this solution solve for clients?
Thanks

May 14, 2024A: Hey,
1- Brieferr works with ResponseSuite, Farmaloo, Quwary and Formget. We can help integrate your existing solutions with Brieferr using API access included in the deal.
2- We are based in Turkey, consisting of 8 team members and one year in business.
3- Our similarities with DeepTalk are topic analysis and CSV-based workflow. Brieferr can also do sentiment analysis, summarization, and calculate NPS and CSAT scores for customer satisfaction. We are focused on forms, so Brieferr can't analyze chats, emails, and social media, which you can with Deep Talk.
4- CSV is the standard format when exporting your data from a form provided. You can export your excel sheets to CSV as well. We will consider including direct integration with excel in our roadmap. We suggest at least 50 rows to get insightful results.
5- You can convert it by putting each post or blog into a column and comments as rows of these columns. This way, you will be able to process them with Brieferr. We also have more API endpoints coming to Brieferr API so that you can send individual comments for summarization or sentiment analysis.
6- You can use Brieferr API to send Frill responses to Brieferr. Our value is turning qualitative responses into quantitive reports. Brieferr is specialized in analyzing open-ended questions. We have two types of summary generators. A general summary is generated by combining all answers as a paragraph and creating new sentences to represent them. Summary of each question generated by extracting critical points of each answer and using these words to create in a single form of a sentence.
7- Named entity analysis is for extracting common locations, names, and organizations. We use the result to feed word cloud in your dashboard.
8- Consultants can enrich their reports with Brieferr. We can give you the insights you need when suggesting a new strategy for your client. You can use Brieferr's results for reference as well. You can export reports in PDF format to include in your presentations.
All features needed for consultants are included in this deal.
Hello Huseyin_Brieferr ,
1. So you mean to say that I can use the tool I mentioned without depending on Zapier, like I said I use Kconnectzit.
2. Thanks for clarifying your differences from deeptalk.ai, it seems you are more focused on Surveys while they are focused text based analysis, is it fair to say that. You didn't mentioned anything about comparison with Riku.ai, can you please clarify that as well.
3. Can I see example of qualitative survey being turned in quantitative report?
4. In context of named entity analysis, it seems you are saying your AI can extract and consolidate different surveys from same organization into one report and then make it available in dashboard, can I take a look at such report?
5. Can I expect any statistical analysis and visual pictures as well in reports?
Thanks
Hey Sumo-ling,
1- Zapier is not needed for using Brieferr, but you canāt use Kconnectzit since we donāt have an integration. You will be able to upload your data as CSV files and create your dashboards. Also, you can use our API to feed those dashboards with new data building custom integration.
2- We also rely on text analysis but with surveys, forms, and tickets. Riku.ai is a general-purpose tool, so we are a niche solution for customer success.
3- See these files https://dropover.cloud/ad9f2b
You can find a CSV file that includes comments from other founders on Brieferr and a PDF file and exported dashboard with results.
4- Organizations, names, and places are used in the forms by users. We detect them to include in the word cloud on the top left of the dashboard. We have a workspace and team support for better organization in our roadmap.
5- We use data visualization to represent results best helpful way. We currently have a pie chart for sentiment and radar for compliments and complaints. Our roadmap has a word cluster and bar chart for topic classification.
Hello,
This is helpful.
1. So If I don't want to use Zapier and you don't have integration with Kconnectzit, I can only upload CSV file and you already said surveys can be imported in CSV file, so is this default setting for any survey tool? You stated "you can use our API to feed those dashboards with new data building custom integration", I am bit confused in absence of Zapier or Kconnectzit or any other connector how can I use your API to feed these dashboards, I thought some intermediary is required, so please clarify this to me.
2. It seems if I can port data to CSV format, then I can use this tool, but how practically to port any data especially data from social platforms into CSV, is there some easy way to do it. Also I suppose 1 GB file size refers to file size of CSV. Is this understanding correct?
Thanks
1- Yes, CSV is the default export option for most of them. API for custom integrations if you have experience with programming, or we can help you build it. An intermediary is usually required for no-code solutions.
2- Social platform may not have a CSV export option, so you need to use some intermediary. And yes, 1 GB for CSV file size.
