I run a membership and events listing site using a pretty dated platform and I'm always hoping to find a replacement to meet my specific needs - but so far, no luck. Before signing up to try out Briliant Directories for 60 days with the AS deal, I took up the invitation to create a free trial account...
A couple of days later I got an international phone call (I'm in the UK) from a BD representative to ask if I needed any help or whether I had any questions. I'm prepared for upsells on freebies - but this phone call, with no pressure to buy, was a pleasant surprise.
I've since taken up the AppSumo deal and discovered loads of clear and detailed tutorial videos on using the platform. I will be test-driving all the features and options in more depth over the next few weeks (hence only 4 tacos at this stage) but the signs so far are all positive.
This could be he start of a beautiful friendship!
