Backstory: I've collected a handful of directory focused domain names through the years, and have attempted many different times to put something together on Wordpress. Directory themes, directory plugins, etc. Struggled through poor UI & UXs, or limiting functionality. BD is way better than I'd hoped. Streamlined, simple UI in the admin area. Extremely logical workflow for setup, had site up in 20 minutes. Videos are clear, succinct, and thorough.

BD has been in business for a decade, continuously improving based on customer feedback, and support has been responsive with advise, not just on how to use the directory but suggestioning ideas to improving my business model. I'm confident they'll be around a long time, so I've no fear building a business on their SaaS platform.

Some comments suggested a tired frontend design, but for my niche(s), it isnt an issue.

I'm super glad that that this AppSumo OTP deal came along! Honestly, I would have been way better off to have just bit the bullet and signed up with BD a long time ago, but this deal has taken some of the sting away from wasting so much time being a cheapskate.
