Q: Concerns about speed.

Google page speed mobile ranked 21/100. Unacceptably slow and it was only 55 on desktop.

Is Brizy.cloud built in Brizy as it too is extremely laggy. Assumed it was so I took a screen video to evidence the real world experience see here https://share.icloud.com/photos/0oJ1I8frvmD4zB5VqGzvBEW1g

Need information in this as I am about to post a review and product is likely to lose points based on this poor performance so please advise ASAP.

A: What phone and browser are you using. This is not right, maybe a caching issue or something. I'll have my colleagues take a look.

I know the guys were working on a performance issue in Safari on mac and iPhones.

Let me know.

I'm testing on my Samsung Android in Chrome and it loads very fast and the whole page is there. What I see in your video is not right. We'll need to investigate this.

Thanks.

Please update us on this and potential future problems. I purchased based on cloud/speed. This would basically negate the deal.

Yes. Speed is king and the user will simply move on if load time is slow - doesn’t matter how cool or functional your website is.

The Safari fix is coming in the next update.

Looks like Safari is kind of stupid and even if you have certain CSS properties set to none he still goes through them instead of bypassing them.

That is why the laggy loading and scrolling in Safari.

It doesn't matter if you have 100MB down, it's an issue of how the browser interprets the code and we were surprised to find that Safari is stupid in this regard compared to Chrome and Firefox.

Anyway, we plan an update for next week for the Cloud that will have this fixed.

Thanks for your patience.
