Q: Dimi, where can I directly use the intercom on your site.

I remember seeing and conversing with you guys, then after I registered I cannot find it. Here is my issue (but I'd rather connect directly for future issues I encounter):

I created a site on cloud, then followed instructions to Server Sync with my custom domain.. It worked. However, my MENU is totally inactive on the front end. On my end, I created the menu (obviously), added the two pages I wanted, then using the (+) function I add the menu to my site. Then after updating the element is no longer functional. Basically, I cannot navigate to another page from the homepage. What am I missing here? AND

How do I re-sync the site with another domain if needed? Same project, but connected to another domain instead of the one I already did. Because I was simply testing it...

A: Hey,

1) this would be better addressed on our support https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us (use the Submit Request from the top right)

2) you download the script again for the project and upload it on the other domain.

Thank you, I sent you the request via your support page. Meanwhile, testing any sort of links on pages uploaded to our server via the SYNC method leads to same results: LINKS do NOT work. This was attempted via the TEXT element and link option, and via elements already on the page leading to #.

I assumed there is something in the sync process, but the template links leading to "#" are clickable and take me to the top of the page. So some link functionality does sync.. Therefore I am confused. Thanks for responding.

On the Brizy subdomain cloud this works with no problem....
