Q: Hello guys, question, I use the Thrive Themes Suite in my site, and I wondered if Squirrly will work with Thrive Architect.
The reason why I ask this is that a couple of years ago, Yoast did not understand very well the structure of the blog posts or pages, and gave a low SEO score because of this.
Hey, Sumo-ling!
Thank you for your question. We did test Thrive and Squirrly worked with it in the past, but we didn't run any tests recently. We will resume our testings to ensure everything still works properly.
Note that the SEO Live Assistant works from the Cloud App and helps you optimize all your content from pages built with Thrive Themes and any other builder.
You just build out the text with SEO Live Assistant to make sure it’s perfectly SEO (which reads: Search Relevant) and then you copy it bit by bit into the page, wherever you need to place each bit inside the design of the page.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your reply. Could you please keep me posted on the Thrive Test?
Hey, Juan! We didn't get a chance to get to it just yet, but it's on the list of priorities, so I'm hoping I will be able to give you an update on this soon.
Rest assured knowing I didn't forget about this. You will get an update as soon as I get an update from our developers. :D
Ok thanks!
Hello there! Any news on this one?
Hi, Juan! The test is scheduled to happen today, so I'm hoping to be able to give you an update later today, possibly tomorrow. Thank you so much for your ongoing interest, and we appreciate your patience. :)
Holding my breath in inquisitive anticipation!
Hey, Juan! Just got an update from our developers. The test has been completed and Squirrly works perfectly with Thrive Architect. I hope that's good news, and again, many thanks for your patience. :)
Those are great news!! Thank you so much.
May I ask one more thing? It's important. This plugin does NOT add an extra script to the front end, right? Does It always load in the backend? What I don't want is to load a script and reduce my Google Pagespeed score.
Juan, the only script that the plugin loads is the default Google Analytics tracking script. This will load if you add the GA tracking code in Squirrly > SEO Settings > Tracking Tools. However, it will NOT affect the Google PageSpeed Score, as it was tested by many users.

Thank you.
Thanks for your reply. I fire GA through Google Tag Manager so I won’t add it to squirrly., Do I need to add the UA tracking code in squirrly for it to work properly? Or I can skip that part? Will any feature of Squirrly not be available if I don’t add the GA code?
You can use GA through Google Tag Manager, and switch off the Google Analytics task titled Activate Google Analytics from the Squirrly Assistant. There is a simple toggle that you need to switch off for this, and the task will no longer be active.
Hi Irina, I understand that.
My question is: if I disable GA from Squirrly, will it affect its functionality? Will some features be unavailable? Will it sync with Google Search Console anyway?
If you connect your Google Analytics account under the "SEO Audit" tab but don't want to use Squirrly to add the tracking script (using the settings from "Tracking Tools") then Squirrly only looks at your Google Analytics to gather data for the Audit and Focus Pages but doesn't actually fire the script.
So, you won't lose any of the functionality.
For Google Search Console, there is a separate connection that you have to enable.
Thanks Irina for all your answers and patience! <3
Purchasinggg!
