Q: How do I reactivate an hidden element on mobile?

2 questions:

1- If I hide an element in the mobile version, I can no longer see it. How do I reactivate it? Is there a tab where I can see all the elements, even the hidden ones?

2- I currently use Wordpress with a page builder that allows me to create global css styles easily without using "css code" in the settings. Is there any similar functionality planned to easy create css styles?

Thank you. 2) But that is just for colors and typography. It would be nice to have an option to create styles to apply on other elements. For example Bricks Builder do it in a nice way.
