ksymageQ: I bought LTD from your Brizy site a few years ago, is it okay to buy it on Appsumo with the same account?
A few years ago, I purchased the LTD from your Brizy website (not Appsumo) using my email address. If I now buy the Appsumo deal with the same email, will there be any issues, or do I need to use a different email?
I want to use the same email but am worried about possible conflicts or errors since my previous purchase was directly from your site.
The LTD I bought before didn’t include the AI feature, and the Appsumo version seems to have different benefits. Also, if I purchase Appsumo code 1 with the same email, will the user domains add up?
For example, will my domains increase to 6 (1 from Brizy, 5 from Appsumo), or are they managed separately?

Unfortunately, in this case, you’ll need to use a separate email for this deal. You have an old LTD package that is no longer available in our system. Adding new licenses from this campaign could generate a technical error in the license count.

@Natalia_Brizy : Does your answer remain the same for those who bought AppSumo deals in October 2024? Would adding codes today cause technical errors or can we add codes without causing technical errors?

I bought Brizy LTD a loooong time ago when NO personal domains were included with Brizy Cloud (well they were, but I had other hosting and that option expired so I stopped using Brizy completely). Can I buy this offer so that I can finally have the domain I bought a year ago on Brizy Cloud? Does THIS ONE expire, too?
