Q: Not working
I've brought a code. But I'm unable to redeem it. A message popped up saying its because I have a whitelabel plan.
I thought I was able to add codes to my existing account?

Jun 26, 2025A: You can't add LTD licenses in an account that has a monthly subscription plan. You can stack in your existing account if the account has a previous AS deal or LTD deal we've sold on our website in the past.
