No Apparent Support
I just purchased the Brizy Cloud LTD 6 days ago. Unfortunately, when I followed the instructions to create an account on the website, Redemption Step 5. "Check your email inbox for a message from our partner and click "CONFIRM E-MAIL" in that message" didn't happen. I tried 3 times to setup an account and no email. Then I emailed AppSumo Support who emailed Brizy Support. Nothing! Then I emailed Brizy Support myself a couple of days ago. Nothing! So when I get an email from AppSumo asking for a review......Brizy - this is what you get.

Could you let us know the username or email you used to contact us? I’ll personally check with our Support Lead and make sure it gets sorted.
