Some crutial features don´t work appropiate
Looks promissing and easy to handle. It was indeed. But asy soon as you got to connect with a thid party tool. it fails. It too me a week to get the "so easy to configure" CNAME running. After connecting the "fabulous new feature" that was "so easy to configure" Webhooks to fluentcrm the next experince: it doesn´t work. I had to ad a supporter to my website, to get access. This took half a day. At the end he says that Brizy doesn´t support Fluentcrm. So many "easy to configure" and 2 of them didn´t work for me. So I´ve lost trust in Brizy Cloud. It was an annoying experience. How ever. I´ve wasted enough time with this. Gonna refund it.
Update to your answer: you don't need to be sorry. My Problem was to spend so much time to get to this simple answer.

Dec 26, 2024Hey, sorry to hear you couldn't connect Fluentcrm. I think the issue was that this is a self hosted CRM for WordPress https://jmp.sh/zHZiwAAa and we are operating in Brizy Cloud which is not in WordPress environment.
There are usually 2 ways to link a 3rd party tool like Fluentcrm:
1. bring in their forms via an Embed element in Brizy Cloud. This will display the form on the page and the leads will go directly into the Fluentcrm.
2. you link tghe Brizy Contact Form element with the 3rd party tool via our Webhooks functionality if the tool you are using is supporting it. The Webhooks are usually used by devs to send the lead to a custom URL from where you capture them and move them in what system / CRM or marketing you want.
I don't know for sure, but i presume the issue appeared bc Fluentcrm appears to be an exclusive WordPress plugin (it says on their website on the home page https://jmp.sh/zHZiwAAa) and brizy Cloud is outside of WordPress environment, and this is probably what caused the issues you encountered.
Sorry about that.
