Too Many Issues, Bugs, Unreliable
I have taken my time to use Brizy in-depth, both for own business sites and for client websites. I can give a really honest review about WP and Cloud here.
It´s extremely to use, after the initial learning curve which takes some time, the functionality allows (potentially) me to build good looking sites.
But where things go extremely wrong with Brizy, is that this is absolutely not a system.
Out of the different sites I have tried, all of them without exception, have given issues. Recent updates of the WP plugin brought down the entire infrastructure, for me and thousands of other unsuspecting clients.
At present, i am stuck unable to complete the development I began on several sites, waiting for answers which never arrive, another huge downside is that when things go wrong, you can be rest assured that you´re on your own.
And try and explain that to a client who is waiting for a job to get done, or for a client whose website isn´t working.
I am hopeful that Brizy will improve the way it works, that it really becomes a system, and not a place where individual sites here and there present different symptoms, bugs, issues, which then require Brizy´s input-fixing, which arrives days or even weeks later, IF that actually arrives.
Too invested now on Brizy with my business and with clients to even consider switching over to Elementor or another alternative in Appsumo, but definitely keeping my eyes wide open for a reliable alternative.

Oct 24, 2024Sorry to hear you've encountered issues with Brizy. We always strive to fix and address issues as soon as possible. Sometimes issues get fixed faster, sometimes it takes a while, it's the nature of working with software and complex system like these.
It's true we had some ddos attacks in the past (we've learned to fight those better since then). Our uptime is on par with what everyone else is offering and we have pretty good track record lately (can be checked here in real time https://status.brizy.io/).
It pains me to read that our support didn't reply (!?) we proud our selves with outstanding customer care, in fact if you go to our Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/brizy.io?stars=5) account a lot of our 5 star reviews are praising our support.
Can you please tell me more about the tickets you submitted that were not replied ? Give me some ticket numbers I'll look into it my self.
