A: Hi there — great question about how credits are consumed.

BrowserAct deducts credits based on workflow steps. Each step typically costs 5 credits.

For a typical Google Maps extraction workflow, you might use steps like:

Visit page — 5 credits
Wait for page load — 5 credits

Then a repeating block tied to how many results you extract:
Loop list — 5 credits
Click element item — 5 credits
Extract data — 5 credits

Output data — 5 credits

Visit page and Output are fixed steps.
The Loop + Click + Extract group scales with how many records you collect.

Example:
If you extract 10 businesses:
Loop + Click + Extract = 15 credits per result
10 × 15 = 150 credits

Total estimated usage:
150 + fixed steps ≈ about 165 credits

This is a practical estimate to help you plan usage. Actual credit consumption may vary slightly depending on page behavior, retries, and workflow structure.
