Q: Pubmed.gov

Question I would like to use it for scraping data from pubmed.gov
For example https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=hydrogen
I need an excel list of the Pubmed ID for example PMID: 38279357
and the link to the research https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38279357/

maximum is 200 rows, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=hydrogen&size=200
and the needs to go to the next page for 201 - 400 etc..
Can this be done ?

A: Hello, yes, BrowserAct supports extracting data from pubmed.gov, allowing you to accurately retrieve PMID numbers and the corresponding research page links.

For your extraction requirement of the URL 「https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=hydrogen&size=200」, you can complete the operation with the following nodes in combination:

Visit Page Node: Visit the specified URL https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=hydrogen&size=200

Wait Node: Wait for the page to load completely (optional, add according to your network condition)

Loop Node: Use with the Pagination Node to realize automatic page turning and continuous data extraction

Extract Date Node: Extract the required fields such as PMID numbers and research page links from the current page

Pagination Node: Cooperate with the Loop Node to automatically turn pages for multi-page data extraction

Output Node: Export all the extracted data
