Bought this product a while ago. Price vs features are good. But support are terrible. I submit questions and getting answers completely unrelated.. seems like no one available to support...answer seems like coming from bot...
Three tacos for the price and the fact that they are offering unlimited everything. Two tacos deducted because they just aren't up to competition yet.
I decided to try this because of the absolutely great price for UNLIMITED everything, especially the biolinks. And the API feature is a plus. But, this is not even close to living up to competition like Switchy--another Appsumo LTD. Even though with Switchy, the biolinks are limited, it's a well-developed and growing platform with great documentation and support--and the features work out of the gate. Not so with BSLY, unfortunately. Not yet, anyway.
BSLY has no documentation, which is extremely frustrating when (for instance, I created a biolink, uploaded an image, got an error that the file size was too big, but had no explanation as to why, what the max limits are or anything. FYI: the file I uploaded was smaller than 1KB) The only documentation I could find is for the API, and that documentation is good.
BSLY short links work out of the gate if using their domain. If using a custom domain, they don't work. With no documentation, I don't know if it is user error or a glitch in their system. I think the latter, since creating the link using a custom domain is as simple as choosing that domain from a drop-down list.
All in all, the "Unlimited" part of this deal is the best part. If you just want a link shortener and biopage manager that doesn't use a custom domain, then this might be an excellent deal for you. I like to use my own branding whenever possible, so for me, this is will be a refunded deal.
