The FAQs link on the footer of your website doesn't even work. You have ZERO documentation about how to use your product? Where do you have information about how to use your product in the most effective way? Also, are you still evolving the product?

Hi Hisham, we have had many threads email regarding ou white label of October : we bought tier 4 on Appsumo an still were waiting for the extra 200 credits add, but the support email and your personal email never answered anymore to us … does we have to worry for the 200 credits and the future support of white label in October ? I would love to learn how to use this software and is there a way to show what credit actions will do before we do it?
I sent you an important email regarding the Search History tab and being able to select multiple influencers to save them to lists instead of one by one. EezyCollab can do this, but your tool cannot. Please add those when you can; it would be greatly appreciated. They might already be on your roadmap, so I am asking if they are?
