Terrible Experience with Btrendy – Non-Responsive Support and Broken Promises
My experience with Btrendy has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company displays utter disregard for its customers, and here are just a few of the many issues I’ve faced:
1. Non-Responsive Support: Despite numerous emails to both their general support email and the founder’s email address, there has been no response for months. Messages to their listed contacts bounce back as undeliverable, leaving customers in the dark.
2. Missing Credits: Btrendy has failed to provide the promised monthly credits for their Lifetime Deal (LTD). I also purchased an additional 300 lifetime monthly credits for $99, but these were never added to my account, despite repeated follow-ups.
3. Empty Promises and Lies: Btrendy claimed they were aware of the issues with credits and promised fixes, which never materialized. Their assurances, such as “the credits will be added today,” were blatant lies.
4. Scamming Customers: They advertise features and additional credit packs to encourage customers to spend more money, but the services or credits are never delivered. Refunds are ignored, and any attempt to resolve the issue is met with silence.
5. Neglecting Customer Communication: They straight-up ignore emails and fail to address the core issues, leaving customers to deal with a broken platform and unfulfilled promises.
To add insult to injury, their refusal to adhere to their own commitments and the complete lack of accountability make it impossible to trust this company. I attempted to work through AppSumo, where the deal was purchased, but even their intervention couldn’t prompt Btrendy to deliver.
Avoid Btrendy at all costs. This platform appears to be a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers with false promises and zero intention of delivering the services they sell. Save your time, money, and energy for a company that respects its customers and delivers what they promise.

Support is atrocious, sent an email last night, still no answer, tier 2 account just went disabled by itself
I entered the platform today hoping to do some work for a client when i found out my ltd tier 2 account became a free account by itself. Sent a support ticket through an almost non existent channel (thanks to an useless bot barrier) and still no answer. Not even a "we´re looking to see what is wrong" email

UPDATE nov18th: The support team supposedly responded to my review saying they never received my ticket. I sent in another email which after a week STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDED. This is a joke to them it seems. So called support, i have sent more than 10 emails in total. Find them if its real that you care which i know you DONT

What a waste of time
Product does not work. Takes out credit but does not provide any emails of influencer. Cannot export as throws error everytime.

Total waste of time
This product was one of the biggest time wastes I've had on here, outside of Branalyzer. The vast majority of functions dont work or can't deliver actual valid results. It looks like it partially works, but the small part that does, once you dig deeper, has nothing usable and no usable profiles. For me, this is a bit of scam based off the credit tiers, top tier is 300 credits but a report often costs 400-1500 min. Upsetting as we really wanted this to work. Also poor that it doesnt do LinkedIn, or X and basically is useless in my opinion.
