Q: My login was deleted when your system was updated and no one responds
I have been trying for quite a while to regain access to my Bugpilot account. When your system was updated to the new dashboard (https://www.bugpilot.com/login from https://dash.bugpilot.io/?ref=new-login) in the past, my account was not migrated. I have reached out to your support multiple times and never get a reply.
How can I get access to the service that I have paid for ( Bugpilot License Tier 3)?
