Not intuitive.
The setup process isn't very intuitive. For instance, the 'Install tracking code' step does not allow you to click the next button (you have to skip). I also purchased the second tier so I could gain access to the API but I do not have access to the API. I've reached out to support and submitted an issue using their own tool. We shall see what they respond with.
Unfortunately, I am not interested in having users record their screens using the built-in hard to follow submission process. I wanted to have the solution automatically provide me with details on possible issues in my application which unfortunately doesn't seem to occur out of the box. In fact, I am not sure where to even find that in the dashboard. On top of that, the recorded issues I submitted lacked the three useful components I was hoping to gather (Local Storage Data, Session Storage Data, and Cookies Data). Unless these items can be ironed out, I will be refunding this LTD as I won't be able to use it for the intended purchase purpose.
