We have some form of this already where a user submits an issue and the "client" is notified of any changes which they can review

TL;DR, yes - it is in the roadmap to be launched within few weeks, give or take Mid-Jan

We're currently pushing out a GDrive integration that makes the ability to record limitless

We're also adding hotjar like session tracking as well as feedback loops like you suggested
