DON'T buy this product! The company is out of business - I can't login anymore and there is no support.
THIS PRODUCT IS DEAD!

Bought this a few months back and started to use it this week for my web development agency.

So far, it's been mega buggy - not compatible with WordPress (when someone is logged in), as the WordPress black edit bar appears on top of their feedback bar.

If you leave a comment, the comments box has a background colour which is about 80px wide, and then the text overflows - which on a white background, means that the user typing the comment can't then read what they are typing, as it's white text on a white background.

Then when you try and view the comment in the portal, the comment either has no text in it at all - or it resizes it down to a point size you can't read as it's SO small.

Worst of all, I asked for their "premium support" - 2 days ago, and they haven't even replied yet.

All in all, I am going to ask for a refund as it's wasting my time.

I just found and tried BugReporting out of curiosity. I got LoopedIn, and Frill - not sure what I would can do with BugReporting and cannot do elsewhere.

But I was amazed with the features and the UI of the app. It is very neat to have a recording of bugs found, right on the website. And the most amazing feature is the widget allowing you to select to record screen + audio, or screene only, or only a part of the screen. It is extremely handy, especially for website developers.

BugReporting truly exceeds my expectations. Thank you.

I needed a tool like this. I found it.

Deal, price, and product is great. But the most basic requirement of any bug identification tool is to allow users to leave text feedback by clicking anywhere on the screen. Video feedback comes in second place. Although I do understand that video feedback should be allowed to certain limitations as it adds up server cost but doesn't make sense if the text base feedback is even not included in life time deal. I was very disappointed with this after I purchased the deal. My humble request would be to add this up in the Lifetime deal as it totally makes the product invaluable without this. I would definitely request you to see your competitor's deals posted on app sumo too to get an idea. Thanks!
