Q: Can we track changes over time with live page annotations or pins?
Is there a way for annotations or pins on live pages to automatically track changes over time, so that if the page content updates, the feedback history and pin context remain intact?

A: Hi, thank you for asking this. We don't have automated tracking at the moment, but this is something which we have been discussing a lot internally. Specially with the sort of crawling tools available at the moment, we do feel this'll add good value to the product where comparing the changes would be 3-steps easier. Adding it to our roadmap 🚀

However in my Workspace Settings>Plans, under email reviews it says 0/0. instead of 0/Tier 3 Limit. Can that be updated? Also there is no mention of PPT in that space. Thanks again!
Let me get this checked immediately and update the limits. For PPTs, there won't be a limit. Since Tier-3 has unlimited projects, that would be unlimited 🙌🏼
We have kept limits on Email reviews only because that's something which we have to pay ahead per inbound email.
Q: Suggestion: Add Indonesian to the Guest Interface
BugSmash looks great and promising, and I'm ready to invest in this product. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to purchase BugSmash Level 3.
Since the guest interface already supports many languages, I recommend adding Indonesian. I would be very happy if Indonesian were available for the guest interface.

Just to be clear, can we buy the Add-ons on a lifetime basis, i.e., space and API? i.e., API access, is there somewhere we can view the documentation to see how extensive they are, and tier 3 gets ALL future integrations too, not just current ones? - As it says, the deal is mapped to the starter, and then it has others and says all available. I want to know about future ones, as tier 3 is more widely linked to the team.
Is a Discord integration planned, a native WordPress plugin?

1. Yes, we are adding the documentation link within the platform itself. The update would be rolled out today. As for the APIs - the current APIs are limited to generating review links on the fly (https://bugsmash.featurebase.app/en/help/articles/2687758-bugsmash-api-docs), but we are extending these to all CRUD operations by 1st week...

Folder improvements wrt new activity indicator: Yes! Already on the roadmap. This should be one of the items rolling out in the coming few weeks.
