I'm still on the fence with this software. Is BugSmash able to go through an App's features from start to finish automatically like a normal user, and identify errors and bugs? That will be a game changer, and a no brainer to buy.

Apologies for the confusion. BugSmash is not a QA automation tool.
It's a manual review-feedback-approval platform which helps to streamline 2 major workflows before any system/design is approved.
1. Getting manual feedback from clients - Instead of scattered emails and screenshots, Clients or stakeholders can simply drop pins and comments on live websites, designs, videos etc within BugSmash itself. Without even logging in.
2. Sharing feedback with development or design teams by simply sharing the BugSmash project link. Also integrates with Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Asana platforms where the issues shared by clients/stakeholders can directly be added to these task/issue tracking platforms.

So basically, anything that can be done with BugSmash can be done with simple screenshots, correct?
