I am wondering how, when buying a LTD here on AppSumo we can get API access?
Is it available under any of the LTD plans?
Is it an upgrade available to LTD plans? If so, how much is the upgrade?
How about just make it available on Tier 3? Sold!

API access is currently not a part of any LTD plan. But we do have it as an Add-On available from within the platform.
Given the immense value, we won't be able to include it within Tier-3 itself 😅
I personally believe, Tier-3 is a steal-deal as it is and I do not fore-see BugSmash being offered at such prices ever. With the quality of reviews and platform and offering unlimited projects, members and collaborators - the product will pay itself in just a few months 🔥
As for exploring all the Add-Ons & their prices - We have a free plan where you can explore the entire platform along with all the Add-Ons available, their prices etc.
