A: Hi! At the moment Tier-3 includes subdomain based branding like you mentioned - yourcompany.bugsmash .io
But due to a lot of requests from fello sumo-lings, we have planned and added CNAME based custom domain to be added as an additional paid add-on in our roadmap. We see it as the highest voted feature here on our roadmap: https://bugsmash.featurebase.app/roadmap
