Q: Thanks for your helpful replies. Please update on eta of being able to control if private comments need to log in
Also RTL languages in comments?
Another user asked why tier 3 is not tied to the team plan and the answer wasn’t clear, as besides storage and AI which is custom it’s basically the team plan.
Can you list all additional pricing for example storage and AI?
What can you tell us about your sustainability?

Feb 24, 2026A: Hi again, thank you for asking all these questions:
- ETA on controlling if private comments need to login:
End of March. We have a few top voted features which are prioritised right now (https://bugsmash.featurebase.app/roadmap). But we'll definitely try to fast track it 💯
- RTL Languages in comments:
Let me go ahead and add this as a feature suggestion on the roadmap. We did recently release Multi-lingual for Guest/Client mode. So this would be a good UX addition to it.
- Tier 3 & Team plan:
You are correct, AppSumo plans are not technically tied to the Teams plan. This is intentional. It gives us flexibility on infrastructure-heavy components like storage and AI, which scale very differently per account.
That said, feature-wise, yes - AppSumo Tier 3 includes capabilities equivalent to our Teams plan. We structured it this way so AppSumo users get maximum value upfront, while keeping the platform sustainable as usage grows. (Future unknown features - its usage impact & sustainability is the key driving factor for such decisions)
Our goal with AppSumo is simple: give more value than the plan it’s mapped to - not less.
- Additional pricing:
$20 for 20 AI Credits (1 Credit is 1 Complete Review of the asset). For storage we have all Monthly/Yearly and Lifetime prices. All these additional add-on prices are available in the Workspace settings under Add-Ons tab. You can explore the entire platform along with this using the free plan 🙌🏼 Do please let me know anytime if you have any questions on those prices.
- Sustainability:
The initial idea for BugSmash started 5 years ago. We began with mobile app feedback 3 years back, officially launched the full platform 2 years ago, and have been consistently improving it for the last 25+ months.
BugSmash isn’t a quick experiment, it’s something we’ve been building patiently and deliberately.
We already have paying customers outside AppSumo and a recurring subscription model that supports long-term sustainability. AppSumo is part of our growth strategy, not our only revenue source.
Our long-term vision is clear: to become the default structured review-feedback layer across digital assets - websites, apps, files, media, 3Ds and beyond.
Do please let me know if this helped. Once again, please feel free to ask any other questions or suggestions you have. Happy to answer 🙌🏼
