Support is responsive and adds new features fast. I like it. They solved my problems.
It looks promising, so I have 4 tacos now. Will give 5 if they will keep going like this.
Older review:
Just bought it and added two websites. One loads fine. But the other refused to load for several minutes (error: website not accessible under this address - perhaps issue due to Cloudflare?). After that it loaded, but some elements were missing - they normally look fine.
Also, I was not able to send my reuqest for help. Clicked on the button, but it just refuses to send my message. Chrome browser.

Really sorry here. This is definitelty not the experience I would want anyone to have with BugSmash. Please help me with a couple of items here so that I can get it resolved for you asap.
1. Support Request: Please let me know where did you try sending us a message? We have 3 different support systems in place - One on our website, Another right on the dashboard you have a chat button bottom right corner and third our support@bugsmash.io. The most used support channel by all our users is the Live Chat button within the Dashboard itself. I have been talking to users just now & the messages seem to come through perfectly fine. Can you please try again sending us a message once again?
2. For the website which didn't load: Would you be able to help me share the url of your site please? I'll get it checked right away for you. Usually it could be due to Network/Cloudflare or it could also depend on the stack of the site. But whatever is the case - we'll definitely get it fixed.
Once again, really sorry that your initial experience wasn't good. I'll make that right!
