As for your question on full CNAME based cusom domain: Yes, it would be available as a purchasable add-on under all plans. For the payment: We'll try to have all options available. One-time as well as recurring. Unfortunately, we don't have a price estimation as of now, since we are still planning the whole functionality and the required systems in place. I'll definitely keep you posted on the progress here.
