Q: Can we add CTA buttons throughout the blog?
The whole point of a lot of blog posts is to get readers clicking $making buttons like crack monkeys! amiright? :)
Q: How do we add CTAs inside the article? (I totally get how to include links in text, but I'd like too add big chunky call to action buttons too.)

Good to hear that you got everything up and running in minutes! What/how do you want the CTA to look like? We are planning on allowing you to add a CTA(created on Buildfast) in between the article. It's on our roadmap.
For now, you can embed an iframe on Notion with your CTA and that would work.

I'd like to be able to insert multiple CTA buttons. It would be great to be able to style the button's background color and hover background color as well as text color, hover text color and border radius. Some also would like to see border color and hover border color controls, too. Thank you!

We will be providing you the feature to create a CTA, upto you to design it or add text or buttons in it (similiar to our Newletter& CTA design). This one block can be then embed anywhere inside the blog, multiple times if needed.
There's no code for embedding an iframe, you can embed any url you need directly on Notion and it'll show up on your blog.
