Q: Explain about the notion connection
Is it possible to use one notion account for multiple blogs or it has to be one notion one blog connection? Please explain in details as I don't use notion but I don't mind to start using it it works well with the product.

No there's no need to use one account or multiple accounts specifically, We do not look into or know if the blogs are on different accounts. You can simply create a free Notion account and create as many blogs on it as you want.
