A: We are using Cloudflare services for SSL and it's not in our hand when that goes through, normally it's quick.
I have however seen that dns providers like namecheap are having issues in setting the SSL.
I recommend that maybe you use cloudflare DNS, free account works great, if you can.
We have had customer here who contacted their dns provider got the resolution from them.
