❓How are chats figured? Is it by thread, session, characters, other?
Regarding the included monthly AI chats:
❓Do the monthly AI chats rollover if unused?
❓Are the monthly chats an aggregated amount e.g. 200*10 = 2,000/mo shared across all active seats even if only one active seat or are they specifically earmarked per seat?
Regarding the addon/top-up chats:
❓Are these one-time purchase/ use and non-expert?
❓Are the top-up chats used ONLY after the monthly chats are exhausted each month?
❓Will additional top-up be available even after the AppSumo campaign and at the same price?
Custom space domain:
❓Is this whitelabel/CNAME or just a buildin.ai subdomain?
❓Is there a limit to the number of Workspaces? Are Workspaces the same as Team Spaces?

AI Chat means you use AI by one prompt.
Regarding the included monthly AI chats:
1. Monthly AI chats do not rollover if unused, it auto-renew each month.
2. Monthly chats are shared across all active seat, but the credits list is the total amount, such as, tier 2 has 100 AI credits each month for entire workspace.
Regarding the addon/top-up chats:
1. Yes, it's one-time purchase.
2. Yes, it used only after the monthly chats are exhausted.
3. Yes, you can buy it at app.
Regarding Custom space domain:
So far, we only support the subdomain, but the CNAME will be supported in near future.
There is no limit to the number of workspace, you can create any numbers of workspace in your account. Workspace is not same as team space, actually, all the space(one seat or many seats) are all workspace.
