Q: Workspace access control and Space structure clarification
Hi,
I would like to better understand how access control works across Spaces and Workspaces.
I am currently using a Tier 2 license and have set up a single Space with multiple Workspaces inside it. My goal is to invite external collaborators and allow them to access only a specific Workspace, without being able to see the others within the same Space.
Could you please confirm:
1. Is it possible to restrict a user’s access to only one Workspace within a Space?
2. Or are permissions managed only at the Space level, meaning users can potentially access all Workspaces inside that Space?
3. If Workspace-level isolation is not supported, what is the recommended structure to keep different projects or clients fully separated from each other?
Thank you for your support.

The "multiple workspaces" you mentioned likely refers to multiple categories (public, private, shared). For guests, all permissions are only page-specific. You invite guests via the "Invite" button in the top-right corner of a page. This means that guests only have access to a specific page—not to the entire workspace, nor to multiple categories within the workspace.
