I've been self-employed for over 20 years and I know the chaos that comes with spreading information across too many tools. Project ideas here, links there, to-dos somewhere else, files in yet another folder. Felt like 5–6 stops and still that constant feeling of not being able to find something.

Buildin.ai solved that for me. Completely.

Today I manage my entire business in a single tool: I see my to-do list right on the home screen. I built a quick-action panel that lets me instantly access my most important links.

New project ideas go straight into a project instead of disappearing on some random note. Plus files, appointments, private notes-everything in one place.

The tool thinks ahead without overwhelming you.

My only criticism applies to myself: I'm annoyed that I didn't find it sooner.

Statt Komplexität zu erzeugen, reduziert die Plattform Reibung – genau das, was im Alltag zählt. Man findet Dinge wieder, strukturiert Gedanken sauber und bleibt dabei erstaunlich flexibel. Hinzu kommt ein angenehmes, unaufgeregtes Interface: modern, aber nicht verspielt; funktional, ohne kühl zu wirken. Das trägt dazu bei, dass man länger und konzentrierter damit arbeitet.

I recently purchased Buildin and absolutely fell in love with it! This tool has completely revolutionized how I organize my work. It replaced Google Keep for quick notes and took over from Google Docs for my strategic documentation. It quickly became my ultimate second brain, and I now centralize absolutely everything here. I started with a Tier 2 plan, but I'm planning to max it out soon because it has become completely indispensable. Although some email headers occasionally arrive in another language, their team is incredibly responsive on their Discord forum. I'm currently consolidating all my resources onto this platform, which is helping me finally clean up my scattered repos. I love it and recommend it wholeheartedly!

I purchased and overall, the tool is great. It offers a solid all in-one AI workspace that combines docs, mind maps, databases, and paid subscriptions, making it a strong alternative to Notion.

That said, product is still in active development. Some advanced features available in Notion are not yet present here, but the team is working hard to improve and add new functionality.

Here is one more request, Please add the roadmap section as well. So we can provide the features ideas.

The support has been a bit slow so far, but I believe this will improve as the product matures.

I am excited to see what new features will be introduced and how the tool evolves. Thank you for creating such a promising product

My company uses Notion. While they gave me a subscription, they didn't give others who work with the subscription. While the company has Notion, they still seem to use Spreadsheets and Sharepoint because that is what they know.

The company I work for didn't give my team subscriptions, so I had to share information with them using OneDrive and SharePoint. I decided to pay for Buildin and use it instead. I was really happy with how easy it was to start sharing information with my co-workers. I was also able to upload information from Notion and use it with Buildin. I believe that Buildin looks more attractive "out of the box".

I am quite happy with Buildin. The AppSumo price is very reasonable.
