Very problematic Support
Hi,
There is no support system i'm aware of for this product.
The support were already problematic on Appsumo.
I hoped this will change outside Apssumo, it is not.
I used email more than once to make some suggestions, no answer.
I tried to not take this into account to make an opinion.
Then i reported some bugs but whatever you send 2, 4, 6 or 10 emails as there are quite some bugs, 2 situations can happen :
- you still have no answer
- sometimes you have 1 email answer but this email is always very short, ie one line and :
* this usually not address all the subject you provided (as you can guess with one line answer)
* sometimes, you can see there was no effort in understanding the feedback and no question trying to to discuss the subject
* often does not take into account the provided information, as you're asked screenshot or video you already provied in the previous email, so either they are not read or used or whatever but there is a clear lack of attention that has to be given to the customer
* you give again all is needed to resolve issues but as usual, there is no following, you will not be informed of anything and after some delay you test the app again and the bugs are still there.
You then let some time because maybe they face a lot of work and you try again later on, same situation. Then you see how labororious il will be to continue trying to have answers to questions, discussions on suggestions, actions on given bugs and the amount of time you dedicate on that growing vs the time you could have on the product itself which is decreasing...
When the support is such that bad in terms of how the customer is considered and how the bugs are taken into account despite you try to help them to resolve the situation, in general, it's very bad for the other subjects in the future.
