honestly the tool is great. good replica of notion. but support is not quite there.. specially when you ask the hard questions.
im not sure how wise is it to just move everything from notion or any other platform to here. not being totally sure how long it will stick. i asked this over email, no replies

Very problematic Support
Hi,
There is no support system i'm aware of for this product.
The support were already problematic on Appsumo.
I hoped this will change outside Apssumo, it is not.
I used email more than once to make some suggestions, no answer.
I tried to not take this into account to make an opinion.
Then i reported some bugs but whatever you send 2, 4, 6 or 10 emails as there are quite some bugs, 2 situations can happen :
- you still have no answer
- sometimes you have 1 email answer but this email is always very short, ie one line and :
* this usually not address all the subject you provided (as you can guess with one line answer)
* sometimes, you can see there was no effort in understanding the feedback and no question trying to to discuss the subject
* often does not take into account the provided information, as you're asked screenshot or video you already provied in the previous email, so either they are not read or used or whatever but there is a clear lack of attention that has to be given to the customer
* you give again all is needed to resolve issues but as usual, there is no following, you will not be informed of anything and after some delay you test the app again and the bugs are still there.
You then let some time because maybe they face a lot of work and you try again later on, same situation. Then you see how labororious il will be to continue trying to have answers to questions, discussions on suggestions, actions on given bugs and the amount of time you dedicate on that growing vs the time you could have on the product itself which is decreasing...
When the support is such that bad in terms of how the customer is considered and how the bugs are taken into account despite you try to help them to resolve the situation, in general, it's very bad for the other subjects in the future.

The Desktop Tool Glitches Continuously
I have been playing with Buildin for a while and really like what it does.. but now I have started to use the desktop tool ... it glitches non-stop.. seems to lose pages.. I restart the tool and the pages are back.. but the screen going to grey every few minutes has made this unusable.. back to Notion.

Functions don't work?
I really like the idea behind this app, especially the integration of AI with a personal knowledge base. However, I’m currently unable to use one of its core features: searching and asking questions within my own space. The system repeatedly tells me that search is not working or that it cannot access my content.
This is quite frustrating, as it defeats the main purpose of using the app.
Additionally, I couldn’t find any support or help resources when something goes wrong. Is there a help center, support contact, or community where users can get assistance?
One more question: is there a way to create a table of contents (like in Notion) to better structure longer documents? I haven’t been able to find this feature either.
I’d really appreciate some clarification and support on these points. Thanks!

So far decent - few cons
It would be very helpful to add a feature similar to Notion’s database calculation options.
In tables with number fields, it would make a big difference if users could automatically see the sum at the end of a column. For example, when a column is set to the Number type with a format such as $, and there are many entries in that column, Notion allows you to show the total sum at the bottom by default.
This is extremely useful for users who work with large tables and need quick visibility into totals without creating extra formulas or manual calculations.
I would really appreciate it if Buildin could add this kind of built-in sum option for numeric columns in databases.
Also, the interface still feels a bit visually outdated, although overall the platform seems solid and everything else looks good so far.
P.S. Very important - when guest tags me on the collaborated page, notification doesn't show in the inbox. Any chance on fixing this?
