Misleading “Lifetime” Deal and No Customer Support

I was genuinely excited to purchase this product, but the experience has been disappointing. Calling this a “lifetime deal” feels misleading when core usage depends on limited credits that require additional payments once exhausted.

What frustrated me even more was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted support 5 times over the span of a week and never received a single response or acknowledgement.

The platform itself shows promise, but the lack of communication and the way the pricing is structured made this a poor experience overall. I hope the team improves both transparency and customer support going forward.

Can you share with me your emails into support? We have 0 emails from any AppSumo customers right now ([email protected]).

This is what is most frustrating about AppSumo. They won't tell me who you are. I have no clue if you bought a deal or not (from my experience, likely not). You said you emailed support 5 times - I have no email in support (inbox zero) - let alone 5 emails. And you lead off with we are misleading its a lifetime deal because you don't like the definition of it -- all of which is available on the sales page prior to buying (and which appsumo approved and we worked with them for months to get there).
