BunnyDoc is appreciated for its user-friendly interface, responsive customer support, and quick feature implementation. However, some users have faced email deliverability issues and limitations on the number of templates shareable via link. Despite these minor drawbacks, BunnyDoc is a solid buy for those in need of a convenient e-signature solution. With an overall rating of 4.3 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving BunnyDoc a try.

Has Potential

There is potential for this application, and with further development, it could become quite useful. Currently, due to widespread email spam, scams, and phishing attempts, businesses have implemented settings to prevent such messages. As a result, I have not been successful in delivering this to any business email addresses; however, it has worked twice with personal email accounts. Since the primary value for us lies in business use, some additional refinement should enable it to become a viable solution. At this stage, though, it does not provide any significant benefit, despite my strong interest in its success.

Near perfect software bogged with deliverability issues

After a while you sort of realize you're stuck with software that works great but your clients never sign anything, that's because it goes to the depths of spam folders. I can't even add team members because they don't even know where to look for the invite in their email client. Customer service is slow to non-existent, and haven't acknowledged the issue at all. Deliverable mail is about 80 percent of what an e-sign service should provide, it's crazy we can't get that, and it's the only e-sign client I have with this issue. Breezedoc seems to be heading in a good direction these days, there's a few things it still needs but that is the deal you should be looking at if you're deciding between these two.

Worst app

I signed up thinking I paid for unlimited envelopes and I only get 5 per month. I've tried to upgrade several times and it never works, i've emailed support and no response. Very disappointed. Functionality is great but doesn't matter if I can't send a doc to be signed.

tried signing up with three emails!

Never got a verification email with any of the email addresses. (2 gmail, and 1 office 365) Obviously can't redeem my codes without an account, and unless I can get that, I'll be returning the product. I noticed another reviewer mentioned not being able to get email notifications. Curious how reliable their mailing server is, would stink to send out requests and not have clients getting emails.
