In my frustration, anger and misstrust after contacting their ignorant support about the matter. I was forced to look elswhere for a similar but sustainable solution, I found Picvario that I gladly invested $139 in. That could have been money invested in Burst, but that will never happen now after their missuse of my trust for them as a reliable and trustworthy long term supplier/partner.
